INTTRVU.AI is looking for a hands-on freelance Google Ads ( Search Ads & YouTube Ads ) expert with 2 to 5 years of experience to manage and scale our Google Ads campaigns across Search and YouTube.

We offer AI upskilling programs for working professionals and are looking for someone who understands how to generate high-quality leads and drive enrolments for professional upskilling courses. If you have 2+ years of experience running Google Ads campaigns for EdTech companies targeting working professionals, this is a outstanding remote prospect to work with us.

Key Responsibilities:

- Campaign Strategy: Develop and own the Google Ads strategy to generate high-quality leads and drive course enrolments.
- Campaign Execution: Set up, launch and manage Search and YouTube advertising campaigns hands-on.
- Conversion Tracking: Implement and validate conversion tracking to accurately measure campaign performance.
- Campaign Optimization: Continuously optimize targeting, keywords, ad creatives, bidding strategies, landing pages and budgets.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor CPL, lead quality, conversion rates and enrolment performance to improve campaign ROI.
- Budget Management:



Allocate budgets effectively across campaigns and scale those delivering robust results.
- Reporting: Share regular performance updates, actionable insights and optimization plans.

What We Are Looking For

- Proven hands-on experience managing Google Ads Search and YouTube campaigns.
- Experience working with EdTech companies offering upskilling courses to working professionals is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of conversion tracking, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager and campaign attribution.
- Demonstrated ability to optimize campaigns for lead quality, conversions and ROI—not just clicks or impressions.
- Ability to independently own campaign strategy, execution, tracking and optimization.
