This is an independent consulting role with Our client, A leading global FMCG Organization is looking to engage with a Media Finance Consultant who will manage finance operations for influencer marketing, performance marketing, and ad production, including budget tracking, vendor payments, invoice processing, accounting, reconciliations, and audits. They will also ensure financial compliance, strengthen budgetary controls, and automate finance processes to improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage finance operations across influencer marketing, performance marketing, and ad production.
- Monitor marketing budgets, track expenditure, and ensure adherence to approved budgets.
- Handle vendor payments, invoice processing, accounting, and account reconciliations.




- Support internal and statutory audits, financial compliance, and control processes.
- Identify opportunities to automate finance workflows and improve operational efficiency.
- Prepare MIS reports and coordinate with internal teams and external vendors.

Skills Required

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 4–5 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in Media Finance, Commercial Finance, or Finance Operations.
- Knowledge of budgeting, accounting, vendor payments, and reconciliations.
- Understanding of audits, financial controls, and compliance.
- Experience with Excel, ERP/accounting systems, MIS reporting, and process automation.
- Exposure to media, advertising, digital marketing, or FMCG is preferred.
