- Joining: Immediate joiners preferred

Shift Timings

- Early Morning: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

- Evening: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM

- Night: 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM

Shift flexibility is mandatory, including rotational week-offs and holiday working as per client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Investigate suspicious financial transactions and fraud alerts.

- Conduct 360-degree fraud reviews and identify fraud patterns.

- Investigate ATO, identity theft,



payment fraud, card fraud, and first-party fraud.

- Analyze customer profiles and transaction histories to identify risk indicators.

- Recommend case closure, escalation, and fraud mitigation actions.

- Maintain investigation records and support SAR filing wherever applicable.

Mandatory Skills

- Hands-on experience in Fraud Detection, Fraud Investigation, or Fraud Analysis.

- Knowledge of suspicious transactions, financial fraud patterns, and investigation procedures.

- Solid analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication.
