About the Company neubaby is a fast-growing children's retail brand with 15+ stores across Chennai, Hyderabad, Bangalore, and Vellore, along with online sales and an expanding franchise network. We are looking for a proactive and target-oriented professional to identify, qualify, and engage potential franchise investors.

Job Role The Franchise Lead Qualification Executive will handle franchise enquiries received through advertisements, the company website, WhatsApp, events, and referrals. The primary responsibility is to assess potential investors, identify responsible business prospects, and schedule meetings with the Franchise Development Team.

Key Responsibilities

- Make timely calls to prospective franchise investors and handle inbound business enquiries.
- Explain the neubaby franchise model, investment requirements, store formats, and business support.
- Qualify leads based on investment capacity, preferred location, property availability, business background, and investment timeline.
- Identify serious prospects and schedule meetings, video calls, and store visits.
- Follow up regularly with interested candidates until the next stage of the franchise process.
- Answer basic franchise-related questions and escalate complex enquiries to the concerned team.
- Maintain accurate call records, lead status,



and follow-up details in the CRM or Excel tracker.
- Achieve weekly targets for calls, qualified leads, and meetings scheduled.
- Prepare and share daily and weekly lead reports with the reporting manager.

Qualifications and Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of experience in tele-calling, franchise sales, B2B sales, real estate, business loans, or other high-value lead generation roles.
- Experience in qualifying and shortlisting business or investor leads.
- Fluency in spoken and written Tamil and English.
- Strong communication, convincing, and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of investment, ROI, profit margins, and payback periods.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, CRM tools, WhatsApp Business, and email.
- Solid follow-up skills and the ability to work towards targets.
- Any graduate; BBA or MBA preferred.
- Experience in retail or franchise development will be an added advantage.
