We are looking for an experienced Frappe/ ERPNext Developer with robust technical expertise in developing, customizing, deploying, and maintaining ERPNext applications. The candidate should be capable of independently handling ERP development, server management, API integrations, workflow automation, and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and customize ERPNext modules, DocTypes, workflows, and reports.
- Build custom Frappe applications using Python and JavaScript.
- Develop REST APIs and integrate third-party applications.
- Implement role-based permissions, validations, and workflow automation.
- Manage server setup, configuration, deployment, and maintenance.
- Perform regular database and file backups, backup verification, and restoration when required.
- Handle Git branches, merging, pull requests, and merge conflict resolution.
- Manage development, staging, and production environments.
- Perform application updates, migrations, and deployment troubleshooting.
- Optimize database queries and improve ERP performance.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide production support.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts team to implement business requirements.

Required Technical Skills:





- Framework: Frappe Framework, ERPNext
- Programming: Python, JavaScript, HTML, CSS
- Database: MariaDB / MySQL
- Integration: REST APIs, JSON
- Server & Deployment: Linux/Ubuntu, Frappe Bench, Nginx, Supervisor, Redis
- Version Control: Git, GitHub/GitLab, branch management, merging, pull requests
- Backup & Recovery: Database backups, file backups, restoration, disaster recovery basics
- ERP Knowledge: Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Warehouse, Accounting, and HRMS modules

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with ERPNext v15/v16.
- Knowledge of ERP integrations, Tally, and e-commerce platforms.
- Experience in custom dashboards, reports, and UI development.
- Understanding of FMCG, manufacturing, and warehouse workflows.
- Knowledge of cloud hosting, server monitoring, CI/CD, and deployment automation.
