Role & responsibilities

- Lead the design, development, and implementation of FPGA-based systems for a variety of applications.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including hardware, software, and product engineers to define requirements and deliver integrated solutions.

- Architect, code, and verify complex RTL designs using VHDL/Verilog/SystemVerilog.

- Optimize FPGA designs for power, performance, and area (PPA).

- Perform simulation, synthesis, timing analysis, and debugging to ensure system reliability and compliance with specifications.

- Document design specifications, test plans, and validation results.

- Guide and mentor junior engineers on best practices and technical challenges.

- Interface with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements, present solutions, and incorporate feedback.

Skill Requirements

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.

- Proficiency in VHDL/Verilog/SystemVerilog.





- Solid understanding of digital design concepts, FPGA architecture, and system integration.

- Experience with FPGA development tools such as Xilinx Vivado, Intel Quartus, or equivalent.

- Proven track record in simulation, synthesis, timing closure, and debugging on FPGA platforms.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Effective communication and teamwork skills.

Other Requirements (Optional)

- Experience with high-speed interfaces (PCIe, DDR, Ethernet, etc.).

- Familiarity with embedded processors and SoC architectures.

- Knowledge of scripting languages (Tcl, Python, Shell) for automation.

- Experience in product development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.

- Relevant industry certifications (e.g., Xilinx Certified Developer) are a plus.
