Job Responsibilities

- Supervise daily foundry melting operations and ensure production targets are achieved.
- Monitor induction furnace operations, metal temperature, and melting cycles.
- Ensure correct charge preparation, material mixing, and chemical composition as per specifications.
- Coordinate spectrometer testing and maintain metal quality standards.
- Monitor furnace performance, metal pouring, and melting-related rejection.
- Ensure proper handling of raw materials and molten metal.
- Maintain melting reports, temperature records, and production documentation.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures, PPE requirements, and 5S.
- Coordinate with Quality and Production teams to resolve process issues.

Required Skills: Knowledge of induction furnaces, melting processes, metal composition, temperature control, and foundry safety.

Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

Experience: 2–5 Years
