About Neeva

We are building a platform that connects home interior vendors and architects with customers, and we’re looking for sharp, motivated students to help us onboard them.

The Role

We're hiring four Founder's Office Interns to work directly with the founders. This is a right-hand role: you'll help with strategy planning, fundraising, research, coordination with the founders, and a wide range of tasks as the week demands. Full details will be shared during onboarding.

What You'll Do

- Support strategy planning and decision-making
- Support fundraising and investor relations
- Research markets, competitors, venues and communities
- Help with launch, events and outreach
- Coordinate with the founders and follow tasks through to completion

Who We're Looking For

Must have

- Currently enrolled at a university
- A genuine passion for startups
- Strong research and analytical skills: you can break down a problem, find reliable information and turn it into clear recommendations
- Clear, structured written communication, including notes, briefs and updates
- Comfortable working in spreadsheets and slide decks
- At least one solid internship
- Able to use AI tools like Claude efficiently for research and day-to-day work
- Able to commit 15–20 hours a week consistently (depends on projects)

Preferred

- A science or business degree background, though we're open to all disciplines




- Previous internship experience in strategy, consulting, finance, venture capital or a startup
- Interest in fundraising, investor relations or how startups are built

Location and Logistics

- Fully remote
- 20 hours per week (depends on projects)
- 4 openings. Strong candidates beyond these may be placed on a waitlist if more positions open up.
- Reports directly to the founders

Pay, Bonuses and Path to Full-Time

All interns work against the same KPIs, agreed at the start.

- Two paid positions: the intern who delivers most strongly against the KPIs moves into the paid role
- Performance bonuses: during the internship, bonuses will be awarded based on projects completed and who performs best
- Full-time conversion: strong performance can convert into a full-time role with Neeva
- A commission will be provided before we give full time offers
