Minimum Qualification

- B.E

- B.Tech/B.E diploma

- Extensive technical expertise in the operation and management of the ACS (Automatic Climbing System) Formwork System.

- Solid problem-solving skills during ACS installation, climbing, and operational activities.

- Committed to maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and operational excellence.

- Supervise, lead and provide technical guidance to the ACS formwork workforce.

- Contribute effectively to achieving project objectives, schedules and key construction milestones.

- Calculate formwork material quantities, coordinate logistics and optimize material utilization to minimize waste.

- Conduct pre-pour inspections to prevent blowouts, leakages,



and honeycombing, ensuring quality concrete placement.

- Ensure safe and timely de-shuttering activities after the required structural curing period.

- Assign daily and weekly work activities to crew members based on their skills, experience, and project priorities.

- Resolve workforce issues and team disputes promptly to maintain productivity and a positive work environment.
