Cartel.ai is building a trading-focused team and is looking for disciplined Forex traders who value market research, risk management, and measurable performance.

Responsibilities

Analyse Forex markets using technical analysis, price action, and market structure.

Develop and execute a consistent trading strategy.

Maintain detailed trading records and performance reports.

Follow agreed risk limits and drawdown controls.

Review performance regularly and improve trading processes.

Requirements

Demonstrable Forex trading experience.

Strong understanding of position sizing, risk-to-reward ratios, and drawdown management.

A documented track record or trading journal for evaluation.

Ability to explain trading decisions and strategy.





Qualified conduct and a disciplined approach to risk.

Compensation structure

We offer two potential arrangements:

- Independent Trader: Performance-based compensation under an agreed written profit-sharing contract.
- Full-Time Trader: Fixed salary plus a performance-related bonus, subject to experience, responsibilities, and agreed targets.

Final terms will be discussed with shortlisted candidates. Compensation, performance calculations, and applicable risk policies will be documented before trading begins.
