Roles & Responsibilities:

- Sourcing & Managing Delivery Riders: Onboarding riders via personal and vendor network, training, tracking performance, and handling grievances/issues.

- Team Management: Reducing rider turnover and meeting delivery SLA goals.

- Handling Issues: Volume increases, rider payments, and customer complaints in real-time.

- MIS/Data Management: Preparing data using MS Excel and Google Sheets.

- End-to-end fleet operations for Delivery Executives / Riders. Daily fleet availability, utilization & productivity tracking

- Rider engagement and retention initiatives

Qualifications:

- 1-4 years of Operations/Last-Mile experience at Quick Commerce/courier/logistics companies.

- Education: Graduate and above

- Team management, stakeholder management, & independent decision-making experience are a must.
