1. Job Responsibilities

- Conduct monthly safety audits of warehouses to ensure compliance with fire safety and workplace safety standards.
- Conduct regular plant safety audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and unsafe practices.
- Inspect fire extinguishers, fire hydrants, fire alarms, emergency exits, and other firefighting equipment.
- Ensure compliance with company safety policies, statutory requirements, and applicable fire and safety regulations.
- Identify safety risks and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
- Prepare and maintain monthly warehouse audit reports, plant audit reports, and safety inspection records.
- Monitor the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) by employees and workers.
- Conduct fire safety awareness sessions, toolbox talks, and emergency evacuation drills.
- Investigate fire incidents, near misses, and workplace accidents, and recommend preventive measures.
- Follow up with the concerned departments to ensure timely closure of safety audit observations.
- Ensure proper housekeeping, secure material storage, and clear emergency access routes in warehouses and plant areas.
- Coordinate with site supervisors, plant personnel, warehouse teams, and management regarding safety-related matters.




- Perform regular site visits to monitor safety practices and ensure implementation of recommended safety measures.

1. Qualifications

- Diploma or Degree in Fire and Safety / Industrial Safety or a related field.
- Relevant fire and safety certifications will be preferred.

1. Experience

- Experience in fire safety, industrial safety, plant audits, and warehouse safety audits will be preferred.

1. Required Skills

- Knowledge of fire prevention and emergency response procedures.
- Ability to conduct safety audits and prepare audit reports.
- Good observation, communication, and reporting skills.
- Ability to identify hazards and implement corrective actions.
- Willingness to travel to plants, warehouses, and project sites as required.

1. Key Performance Areas (KPIs)

- Timely completion of monthly warehouse and plant audits.
- Proper documentation and submission of audit reports.
- Timely closure of safety observations and non-compliances.
- Compliance with fire safety standards and company safety policies.
- Reduction of workplace hazards and prevention of fire-related incidents.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
