- Conduct daily rounds to inspect fire detection systems, fire alarms, sprinklers, and fire extinguishers.
- Maintain clear evacuation routes, exit signs, emergency lighting, and proper operation of fire doors.
- Design, update, and implement specialized hospital evacuation plans, paying specific attention to non-ambulatory patients.
- Organize and lead regular fire drills, mass casualty evacuation simulations, and Code Red training for all shifts.
- Serve as the primary responder and coordinator during fire emergencies, guiding local fire departments upon arrival.
- Perform safety audits across high-risk hospital zones, including biomedical waste areas, chemical laboratories, LPG/Oxygen cylinder yards, and server rooms.




- Issue and monitor "Hot Work" permits for construction, welding, or maintenance activities inside the hospital.
- Investigate safety-related incidents or near-misses, analyze root causes, and submit corrective action reports.
- Conduct mandatory fire safety induction for all current employees, nursing staff, doctors, and outsourced security personnel.
- Train staff on the (Rescue, Alarm, Confine, Extinguish) and (Pull, Aim, Squeeze, Sweep) protocols.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
