Financial Literacy Trainer – JD
Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging financial literacy sessions (45 mins–2 hrs) on budgeting, savings, banking, digital payments, fraud, insurance, loans, investments, and govt schemes.
- Support digital onboarding (e.g., DigiLocker), promote protected financial practices.
- Mobilize participants, coordinate with community partners, and manage field logistics.
- Maintain session records, reports, and ensure training quality and compliance.
Requirements:
- Graduate in Finance, Management, Social Work, or related field.
- 3–6 years’ experience in training, especially in BFSI/financial inclusion.
- Strong facilitation, communication (Hindi/English + local), and digital skills.
- Willing to travel locally, experience with low-income or informal sector groups preferred.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
