About the Opportunity

We are seeking experienced Finance Professionals to support a project focused on evaluating and improving AI agents in financial and business domains. You’ll use your industry knowledge to develop realistic financial tasks, assess AI-generated outputs, and provide structured feedback.

No prior AI experience is required — your financial expertise is what matters.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop realistic, multi-step finance and business process prompts based on industry workflows.
- Create objective evaluation rubrics to assess the accuracy, quality, and completeness of AI-generated outputs.
- Review AI agent responses and provide structured, actionable feedback.
- Use Microsoft 365 , including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook, to create and evaluate tasks.
- Document assessments and feedback clearly in written English.
- Collaborate asynchronously with project coordinators to maintain deliverable standards.

Required Qualifications

- Professional background in Finance, Accounting, FP&A;, Banking, Consulting , or a related field.




- Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 , especially Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to produce objective, structured assessments using defined criteria.
- Ability to document business processes and evaluate outputs consistently.
- Comfortable working independently and collaborating asynchronously.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in rubric development, data annotation, or AI model evaluation .
- Experience developing structured business process assessments.
- Ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly and accurately.

Compensation

- $30–$40/hour.
- Independent contractor engagement.
- Fully work from home.
- Approximately 10 openings available.
