Role Description The Financial Controller at rProcess Mysuru, will oversee all key finance and accounting operations, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting and compliance with relevant standards and regulations.

Key responsibilities are

- Banking and treasury
- Financial controls & process improvement
- Leading and developing the finance team

Along with strong knowledge of:
- Accounting & month-end close
- Receivables, payables & invoicing
- GST,



TDS & statutory compliance The role will also involve strengthening internal controls, optimizing cash flow and working capital, coordinating with auditors and tax advisors, and partnering with business leaders on cost management and investment decisions. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mysuru, requiring close collaboration with cross-functional teams and leadership to maintain financial discipline and support business growth.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Finance, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning skills with 12-15 years related experience
- Proficiency in Accounting and Financial Reporting, Month End closing, Receivables, Payables and invoicing, GST, TDS & Statutory compliances, with the ability to prepare and review Financial Statements.
- Advanced Analytical Skills to interpret financial data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
- Experience with internal controls, compliance frameworks, and audit processes in a corporate setting.
- Relevant academic background such as a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field; professional certifications are highly beneficial.
- Experience using ERP and financial systems, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with management reporting tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, communicate financial information clearly, and support senior leadership in decision-making.
- Prior experience in a technology, services, or global operations environment is an advantage.
