WE ARE HIRING | Financial Accountant

Location: Guindy, Chennai

This role is ideal for a finance professional with strong hands-on experience in accounting, statutory compliance, financial reporting, and audit coordination, preferably in an IT services or technology consulting company.

Experience: 5–6 Years

Qualification: B.Com / M.Com

Industry Preference: IT Services / Software / Technology Consulting

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day accounting, general ledger, reconciliations, and accounts finalisation.
- Handle GST returns, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance.
- Manage STPI compliance, including SOFTEX and export documentation.
- Support transfer pricing, intercompany accounting, and related documentation.
- Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, project costing, and profitability analysis.
- Coordinate statutory audits, tax audits, external auditors, and consultants.
- Support budgeting,



cash-flow forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Maintain compliance calendars, accounting records, and internal financial controls.

Required Skills:

- Solid practical knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and Indian statutory requirements.
- Hands-on exposure to STPI compliance and export documentation.
- Working knowledge of transfer pricing and intercompany transactions.
- Experience in accounts finalisation and audit coordination.
- Proficiency in Tally or other accounting ERP systems and Advanced Excel.
- Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
