Description

- CA with minimum 15 years of related experience in construction industry

- Minimum 5 years experience in a senior financial leadership role, preferably from Real Estate industry.

- Strong understanding and command on financial principles, accounting standards, Taxation, Balance sheet works, capital management, Planning, Budgeting, risk mitigation, execution and regulatory requirements, Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary, Comply with financial policies and regulations

- Excellent in banking relations & funding works. Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements, Report on the company s financial health and liquidity.

- Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills.

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

- Leadership and team management experience.
