Shift: 247 rotational shifts

:

- Provide support to client employees across different countries through calls, emails, and chats.
- Resolve issues related to business applications, software, and basic hardware.
- Create and update support tickets and escalate issues when required.
- Provide timely solutions and maintain good customer service.
- Troubleshoot basic computer, software, and internet connectivity issues.
- Use MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Maintain valuable communication and problem-solving skills.
- Be flexible to work in rotational shifts.

Required Skills:

- Good English communication skills.
- Basic computer and troubleshooting knowledge.
- Customer service or technical support skills.
- Basic MS Office knowledge.
- Willingness to work in a 247 environment.
