Position Overview:

- Responsible for Fundraising and Investor relations management that involve capital raising, financial strategy and investor relations
- Develop and execute comprehensive fundraising strategies to secure capital for the organization
- He must identify and evaluate potential funding sources, including venture capital, private equity, grants, and other financial instruments
- Lead efforts to raise funds through equity, debt, grants,



and other financing mechanisms
- Manage the end-to-end fundraising process, including due diligence, negotiations, and closing deals
