FINANCE HEAD

Job Purpose To lead financial management for Jio Arogya, ensuring effective budgeting, accounting, cash flow, financial controls, statutory compliance, reporting and financial support to business operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and cost control for the Jio Arogya project.

- Oversee accounting, financial reporting, reconciliations, revenue, receivables, payables and project-level financial records.

- Monitor cash flow, banking operations and centre cash controls, including reconciliation and timely deposits.

- Oversee vendor payments, procurement-related financial controls and coordination with Procurement and Supply Chain.

- Manage payroll-related finance coordination, taxation, statutory payments and other financial obligations.

- Ensure compliance with applicable tax, statutory and financial requirements and coordinate with auditors for internal/statutory audits.





- Establish and monitor financial controls, approval processes and risk management to prevent errors, leakage and financial irregularities.

- Monitor project/entity-wise financial performance, budgets, actuals, variances and profitability.

- Oversee fixed assets, financial records and required documentation.

- Prepare and review financial MIS, management reports, cash flow statements and variance analysis for decision-making.

- Provide financial inputs for business plans, procurement decisions, contracts, operational initiatives and resource allocation.

- Lead and guide the Finance/Accounts team and ensure timely closure of financial activities.

- Drive process improvements, automation and stronger financial controls across the project.

Qualification &

- Experience

- CA or equivalent finance qualification.

- Relevant experience in healthcare, hospital, healthcare services or project finance, with team leadership experience.
