We are seeking an experienced and strategic Finance Controller to join our senior leadership team. Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, financial planning and analysis, treasury, and tax

- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with Manam's growth objectives

- Lead the preparation of financial statements, reports, and forecasts

- Manage cash flow and working capital to support business operations and expansion

- Implement and maintain robust financial controls and compliance procedures

- Provide strategic financial advice to senior management to drive business decisions

- Lead financial due diligence for potential mergers, acquisitions, or partnerships

- Oversee financial risk management and develop mitigation strategies

- Manage relationships with external auditors, banks, and financial advisors

- Mentor and develop the finance team,

Qualifications:
