Finance Controller Job Overview

We are seeking a Finance Controller to oversee and manage the companys financial and accounting operations. The ideal candidate will possess solid accounting knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work autonomously.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee daily accounting and finance activities.

- Prepare monthly financial reports and Management Information System (MIS) reports.

- Manage month-end and year-end closing processes.

- Review accounting entries, reconciliations, and financial records.

- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash flow.

- Ensure timely tax payments and statutory compliance.

- Liaise with auditors, consultants, and other external parties.

- Support budgeting and financial planning activities.

- Analyze financial data and present key findings to management.

- Maintain robust financial controls and accounting processes.

- Identify opportunities for and implement improvements in finance and accounting processes.

- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure timely completion of tasks.

- Communicate effectively with management, clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.

Requirements





- Semi-Qualified CA (CA Inter / CA Final).

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting and finance.

- Proficient in accounting principles and financial reporting.

- Working knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliance.

- Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- High attention to detail.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

- Capacity to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with month-end and year-end closing procedures.

- Experience in managing external audits.

- Experience in preparing MIS and management reports.

- Experience in leading a finance or accounting team.
