- We are looking for a capable Accounts &
- Taxation Executive

to join our finance team. In this role, you will take daily charge of our accounting entries, monthly GST returns, Input Tax Credit (ITC) reconciliations, and TDS filings. You will also independently handle corporate banking operations and foreign remittance paperwork.

Key Responsibilities:

1. GST Compliance

- ITC Optimization: Responsible for monthly GSTR-2A and GSTR-2B reconciliations against the internal Purchase Register to maximize Input Tax Credit (ITC).

- Vendor Matching: Track and resolve discrepancies regarding mismatched vendor invoices or missing tax credits.

- Filing Readiness: Compile, verify, and complete file-readiness for monthly GST returns (GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B).

2. TDS &

- Direct Tax Operations

- TDS Trackers: Maintain exact monthly party-wise and section-wise TDS/TCS obligation trackers across vendor payments and staff payroll.

- Quarterly Filing Support: Code, reconcile, and organize clean data schedules for filing quarterly TDS returns.

Foreign

Remittances &

- International Tax Compliance

- Form 15CA & 15CB: Independently handle the paperwork, data compilation, and portal documentation related to outbound foreign payouts,



including coordination for Form 15CA and Form 15CB certification.

4. Hands-on Corporate Banking Works

- Banking Operations: Manage day-to-day corporate banking tasks, including setting up online commercial/vendor payouts and managing institutional bank communications.

- Documentation Management: Coordinate and prepare institutional documentation for bank updates, KYC compliance, and fund transfers.

5. Core Accounting &

- Audit Workpapers

- Ledger Maintenance: Maintain accurate, up-to-date bookkeeping entries and perform regular ledger reviews to eliminate clerical errors before monthly and quarterly periods close.

- Audit Readiness: Organize and present clean accounting schedules, trial balances, and tax workpapers to smoothly support internal and statutory audits.

Pay: From ₹35,000.00 per month
