About the Role

Planning Labs is looking for an experienced Finance & Commercial skilled to strengthen financial planning, project profitability, cash-flow management and commercial controls across our agency operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Review monthly revenue, expenses, profitability and cash flow.
- Establish project-wise costing and profitability reporting.
- Review event budgets, vendor costs and commercial quotations.
- Develop cash-flow forecasts and working capital plans.
- Track client receivables, payment follow-ups and collections.
- Review outstanding vendor payments and payment schedules.
- Establish financial dashboards and management reporting.
- Support annual budgeting and resource planning.




- Coordinate with the internal accountant and external CA.
- Identify cost optimisation opportunities.
- Advise management on financial risks and expansion decisions.

Candidate Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in finance, commercial management or financial consulting.
- Strong Excel, budgeting and financial reporting skills.
- Experience in project-based businesses, agencies or service companies preferred.
- Knowledge of cash-flow planning and working capital management.
- Ability to provide actionable financial recommendations.
