Role & responsibilities

- Diagnose faults, carry out repairs, and perform calibration for generators or batteries.

- Provide technical support to customers, ensuring that all service-related tasks are completed promptly and efficiently.
- Respond to emergency breakdowns and ensure timely service interventions to minimize downtime.
- Install, test, and commission new systems as required, including DG sets, generators, and backup power solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed, including parts used and any additional issues identified.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and industry regulations while working on electrical and mechanical systems.
- Monitor and track parts inventory to ensure the availability of essential components.
- Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and diagnostic troubleshooting on DG sets, generators, and battery banks to ensure optimal performance

- Candidate must have 4-5 Year of experience in Field Service of DG & Battery Sector.

Electrical & Electronics Engineer)
- Conduct training sessions for customers, explaining the operation and maintenance of their generators, DG sets, and battery systems.
- Work collaboratively with other technical teams to resolve complex issues and enhance service offerings.
- Travel to various client sites, as required, to provide on-site service and support.
