Cogent Industry is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to drive sales and develop business in the hardware, plywood, and architectural hardware industry. The ideal candidate should have experience in field sales, dealer and distributor management, customer acquisition, and market development.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain relationships with dealers, distributors, retailers, contractors, architects, and other relevant customers.
- Generate new business opportunities and expand the customer base within the assigned territory.
- Conduct regular field visits to meet prospective and existing customers.
- Promote and sell hardware, plywood, and architectural hardware products.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
- Identify new markets, sales channels, and business opportunities.
- Follow up on sales enquiries, quotations, orders, payments, and customer requirements.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer preferences.
- Prepare daily field visit reports and maintain sales records.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing and customer satisfaction.

Requirements




- Minimum 3 years of experience in field sales, preferably in hardware, plywood, architectural hardware, building materials, or related industries.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
- Proven ability to generate leads, close sales, and achieve targets.
- Knowledge of dealer and distributor networks will be an advantage.
- Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned territory.
- Must own a bike and possess a valid driving licence.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.

Salary & Benefits
- Monthly salary: ₹30,000 – ₹45,000, depending on experience and suitability.
