Field Sales Officer (FSO)

Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Field Sales Officer to manage retail sales, execute daily beat plans, generate orders, and expand market coverage for our beverage products.

Key Responsibilities

- Execute daily beat plans and visit 3035 retail outlets per day.
- Drive secondary sales and order booking across all seven beverage product categories.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with retailers, stockists, and distributors.
- Identify and onboard current retail outlets to increase market coverage.
- Promote products, communicate schemes and margins, and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Ensure proper product placement, merchandising, and visibility at retail outlets.
- Monitor stock availability and follow FEFO (First Expiry, First Out) practices.
- Maintain daily sales reports and update market visit records.
- Coordinate with distributors to ensure timely order fulfilment.




- Identify competitor activities and explore opportunities to increase sales.

Required Skills

- Experience in FMCG field sales, retail sales, and secondary sales.
- Knowledge of beat management, order booking, and general trade.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and selling skills.
- Ability to achieve sales targets and develop new retail outlets.
- Good knowledge of the local Gujarat market.
- Basic numerical skills to calculate retailer margins and promotional schemes.

Eligibility Criteria

- Bachelor's degree in B. Com, BBA, B.A., or an equivalent qualification.
- 2–6 years of relevant field sales experience.
- FMCG or beverage sales experience preferred.
- Must own a two-wheeler and possess a valid driving licence.
- Fluency in Gujarati and Hindi preferred.
- Must be comfortable with daily field visits and travelling within the assigned territory.
