Key Responsibilities
- Conduct field visits to identify and acquire current loan customers.
- Promote loan products (personal, business, microfinance, etc.) to individuals and groups.
- Explain loan terms, eligibility criteria, and repayment obligations clearly to customers.
- Assist customers in completing loan applications and documentation.
- Coordinate with credit and operations teams for loan processing and approvals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly loan sales targets.
- Maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Provide market feedback and competitor insights to management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical practices, and regulatory guidelines.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
