Medflow Innovations is a healthcare supply company in Chennai. We are hiring a Field Sales Executive to build and hold relationships with the hospitals, clinics and nursing homes that order from us.

This is a field role. You will be out most days, calling on procurement teams, store managers and purchase decision-makers across Chennai and the surrounding area.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Call on hospitals, clinics, nursing homes and diagnostic centres across Chennai and nearby districts
- Build relationships with procurement staff, store managers and purchase decision-makers
- Understand each account's requirement and recommend the right products
- Generate enquiries and pass them cleanly to the inside sales desk for quotation
- Follow up on quotations and close orders
- Maintain and grow existing accounts, so a repeat order is not a fresh negotiation every time
- Report on territory activity, pipeline and competitor movement





LOCATION AND WORKING DAYS This is a field-based role, reporting to our office in Choolai, near Purasawalkam, Chennai. Most of your week will be spent with customers rather than at a desk.

Monday to Saturday, 10:00 am to 6:00 pm.

REQUIREMENTS

- 1 to 3 years of field sales experience in healthcare - medical devices, surgical consumables, pharma or hospital supplies
- Working knowledge of how a hospital actually buys: who signs, what slows an order down, how a purchase order moves
- Comfortable spending most of the week in the field
- Two-wheeler and a valid driving licence
- Fluent in English (Tamil preferred)
- Any graduate

WHAT MATTERS MOST TO US A polished pitch matters less to us than knowing the buying process. If you have sold into hospitals before and can describe why a quotation sits for three weeks, we would like to talk to you. Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
