Field Sales Executive – Non-Trade

Job Responsibilities

- Generate sales through non-trade channels, including builders, contractors, developers, infrastructure companies, and institutional clients.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Regularly visit project sites, construction companies, contractors, and other potential customers.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for cement and other building materials.
- Generate leads, conduct product presentations, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales.
- Coordinate with clients regarding orders, dispatches, deliveries, payments, and outstanding collections.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer requirements.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with clients and ensure timely payment collection.
- Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and update management on sales pipeline and market activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as logistics, accounts,



and operations for smooth order execution.

Candidate Profile

- Graduate/MBA in Sales & Marketing preferred.
- 2–5 years of field sales experience, preferably in cement, steel, construction materials, or related industries.
- Experience in non-trade/B2B sales will be preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively for client and site visits.
- Target-oriented with valuable knowledge of the local market.
