Role Overview

We are looking for a target-driven BDE to drive solar sales and business growth in the assigned region.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads through field visits, referrals, networking, and partners.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Conduct customer visits, understand requirements, and explain solar solutions.
- Identify and onboard EPC vendors, electricians, dealers, and channel partners.
- Build strong customer and partner relationships.
- Handle follow-ups, negotiations, and sales closures.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams until project completion.
- Maintain sales pipeline and customer records.

Requirements





- 1–5 years of experience in Field Sales / B2B / B2C / Channel Sales / Business Development.
- Solar, Renewable Energy, Electrical, or Construction industry experience preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
- Target-oriented and willing to travel within the assigned region.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
