1. Job Summary

We are looking for a target-oriented Corporate Sales & Field Marketing Executive to generate corporate orders for Tea Talkies cafés. The candidate will be responsible for approaching IT companies, corporate offices, colleges, hospitals, event organizers, and other businesses to generate bulk orders for tea, coffee, snacks, beverages, and food products.
1. Key Responsibilities

- Identify and approach IT parks, corporate offices, companies, and commercial establishments to generate bulk food and beverage orders.
- Develop corporate clients for regular tea, coffee, snacks, and refreshment requirements.
- Generate orders for corporate meetings, employee events, training sessions, conferences, and office celebrations.
- Build relationships with HR teams, Admin Managers, Facility Managers, Procurement Teams, and Office Managers.
- Arrange meetings, product tastings, and sample distributions to introduce Tea Talkies products.
- Promote catering, bulk ordering, corporate snack packages, and customized food and beverage packages.
- Identify opportunities for recurring daily, weekly, and monthly corporate orders.
- Follow up with prospective clients, submit quotations, negotiate pricing, and convert leads into confirmed orders.
- Explore partnerships with event management companies, coworking spaces, colleges, and other institutions.
- Coordinate with café outlet managers and operations teams to ensure timely preparation and delivery of corporate orders.
- Maintain a database of corporate clients, leads, enquiries, quotations, and confirmed orders.




- Achieve monthly targets for corporate sales, new client acquisition, and repeat business.
- Submit daily field visit reports and weekly sales performance updates to the reporting manager.

1. Required Skills and Qualifications

- Any graduate; a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Commerce is preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, corporate sales, field marketing, or food and beverage sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and client-handling skills.
- Ability to approach decisionmakers and develop long-term corporate relationships.
- Knowledge of lead generation, sales conversion, and customer follow-up.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and email communication.
- Willingness to travel across Chennai for corporate client visits.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
- Experience in café chains, catering, FMCG, or hospitality will be an added advantage.

- Number of corporate visits and client meetings completed.
- Number of qualified corporate leads generated.
- Number of current corporate clients acquired.
- Number and value of confirmed bulk orders.
- Monthly corporate sales revenue achieved.
- Number of recurring corporate accounts developed.
- Lead-to-order conversion rate.
- Repeat orders and customer retention.
- Timely submission of sales reports and follow-ups.

Primary Objective: Generate new corporate customers and increase recurring bulk orders and revenue for Tea Talkies cafés across Chennai. Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
