Role & responsibilities
- Arrange and deploy manpower to fulfil shortages at client sites.
- Conduct regular site visits to check manpower availability and site requirements.
- Maintain daily site visit reports, attendance updates, and manpower status reports.
Preferred candidate profile
- Experience: 1-5 years in manpower management, facility management, or field operations.
- Must be comfortable travelling to multiple client sites in Ahmedabad
- Must be proactive, disciplined, and capable of handling urgent manpower shortages.
