Role: Field HR Officer

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment

- Blue collar Hiring; Housekeepers & Security Guards etc.
- Source, screen, and select candidates for field positions.
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes, facilitate current hire orientation, and coordinate with other departments for their orientation.

Onboarding

- Ensure smooth onboarding process for new hires.

Employee Relations

- Handle employee queries, grievances, and feedback.

HR Operations

- Maintain accurate employee records, manage HR databases.

Training and Development

- Conduct training sessions,



ensure completion of mandatory training within specified timelines, and maintain updated documentation.

Audits

- Do Site audits and share audit report with the concerned team.

Data Management

- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases..

Desired Skills & Experience

- 3 4 years of hands-on experience in bulk hiring, bule collar hiring, HR operations or preferably in a field or operational role.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and build strong relationships.

Educational Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline. MBA/PGDM in HR is a plus.
