- Conduct interviews, site visits and evidence collection in coordination with field teams.

- Review and validate investigation reports submitted by field investigators

- Liaise with internal departments (Legal, Risk, DSMG, Compliance) and external agencies for case resolution

- Maintain centralized database of investigation cases, outcomes and escalations

- Ensure proper documentation and audit readiness of all investigation activities

- Identify trends and recurring issues in the region and escalate systemic risks to senior management and regional credit team.

- Evaluate and onboard third-party investigation agencies, ensuring quality and compliance.

- Conduct regular training and capability building sessions for filed teams.

- Use digital tools and platforms for case tracking reporting and analysis.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹650,000.00 per year
