● Closely follow all the key political and socio-economic developments in their assigned region along with a broad view of the state’s and nation’s politics ● Conduct rigorous primary research through phone calls to influencers, focus group discussions, interviews and investigative methods to understand the social and political landscape of the region ● Use secondary research methods to draw up detailed reports and insights on the state and constituencies to convey past and current political scenarios and developments ● Interface with client-side individuals, following all relevant protocols Necessary Skills: ● Educational qualification: Bachelor's degree and above ● Strong understanding of Goa’s political ecosystem, local socio-political dynamics, and current affairs. ● Fluency in Konkani or Marathi (read, write, and speak),



along with proficiency in Hindi is required. ● Excellent analytical, research, and logical reasoning skills. ● Experience in data interpretation and structured report writing. ● Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-pressure environments. ● Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Google Workspace. ● Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.

Valuable to Have Skills: ● Prior experience in political consulting, campaign management, or public policy. ● Ability to build rapport with local influencers and political leaders. ● Demonstrated capability in managing multiple workstreams simultaneously.
