Responsibilities

- Visit customers as per the allocated portfolio to facilitate timely collection of overdue payments.

- Monitor assigned delinquent accounts and follow up on outstanding dues through field visits

and customer interactions.

- Negotiate repayment plans and encourage customers to make timely payments.

- Resolve customer queries related to overdue accounts and coordinate with internal teams for

issue resolution.

- Maintain accurate records of customer visits, collection status, and payment commitments

through designated systems.

- Ensure timely resolution of accounts across assigned delinquency buckets in line with business

targets.

- Adhere to RBI guidelines, the Fair Practices Code, and the Bank's collection policies while

interacting with customers.





- Escalate complex or disputed cases to the appropriate internal stakeholders.

- Achieve monthly productivity, recovery, and quality targets while maintaining customer

satisfaction and compliance standards.

- Maintain confidentiality of customer information and uphold the organization's ethical

standards during all collection activities.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
