A Field Boy or Runner is an entry-level operational role responsible for local deliveries, office errands, documentation pickup and drop-off, and site support.

Key Responsibilities

- Document & Mail Handling: Deliver and pick up files, letters, official documents, and local couriers between offices, clients, or branches.
- Banking & Admin Errands: Deposit or collect cheques, cash, and bank paperwork.
