- Customer Support: Engaging with customers to understand their technical requirements and providing solutions based on the company's products and services
- Product Demonstrations: Conducting product demonstrations and training sessions for customers to showcase the capabilities and features of the products
- Technical Consultation: Offering technical consultation and expertise to customers, helping them integrate products into their systems or projects
- System Design:
Assisting in designing and customizing solutions that best fit the customer's requirements and specifications
- Troubleshooting: Identifying and resolving technical issues or challenges that customers encounter during the product integration process
- Pre-sales Support: Collaborating with the sales team to provide technical input during the sales process, including attending customer meetings and presentations
- Post-sales Support: Supporting customers after product sales to ensure successful implementation and resolving any issues that may arise
