Role & responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from company-provided leads.
- Explain projects to interested customers.
- Generate and qualify leads and identify genuine buyers.
- Coordinate and schedule property site visits with customers.
- Maintain proper records of calls, leads and follow-ups.
Preferred candidate profile
- Female candidates preferred.
- Good communication skills in Hindi and Marathi; basic English preferred.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones, WhatsApp and computers.
