Overview We are seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy Lead Research Executive to drive the prospecting engine for our Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and Managed Service Provider (MSP) offerings. Your primary mission is to identify, analyze, and map businesses that are prime candidates for cloud licensing migration, security optimization, and outsourced IT management. Instead of gathering raw, generic data, you will focus on high-intent B2B prospecting identifying companies with a clear need for better collaboration tools, cybersecurity, and infrastructure support.

Key Responsibilities

- B2B Prospect Sourcing: Identify mid-market businesses, startups, and growing enterprises that fit our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) for MSP and cloud licensing services.
- Decision-Maker Mapping: Deeply research organizations to pinpoint key IT decision-makers, including CTOs, CIOs, IT Directors, Infrastructure Managers, Operations Leads, and business owners.
- Tech-Stack & Pain Point Analysis: Utilize technology profiling tools (like BuiltWith or Wappalyzer) alongside LinkedIn, job boards, and company websites to infer whether a prospect is using legacy on-premise servers, outdated email hosting, or a competitor's environment.
- Data Verification & Enrichment: Uncover and verify accurate direct-dial numbers, corporate offices, and professional email addresses, keeping bounce rates to an absolute minimum.
- Pipeline Management:



Maintain a perfectly clean and updated prospect database within our CRM or data infrastructure (such as Google Sheets / MS Excel), ensuring zero duplicates.
- Trigger Event Tracking: Monitor market changes like corporate relocations, rapid hiring spikes, funding rounds, or public security breaches that indicate an immediate need for cloud scaling or IT infrastructure help.

Required Skills & Experience

- Domain Knowledge: Solid foundational understanding of B2B cloud environments (specifically Microsoft 365, Azure, and Google Workspace) and the core concepts of Managed IT Services (helpdesk, cybersecurity, cloud backups).
- Advanced Prospecting Tools: Proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Google Search Operators (Boolean syntax), and data enrichment platforms (e.g., ZoomInfo, Apollo, or Lusha).
- Data Hygiene Expertise: Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel/Google Sheets, specifically using deduplication, data cleaning functions, and structured tracking templates.
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to review a company's digital footprint (e.g., job postings for "Exchange Admin" or "IT Support") to identify an outsourced IT opportunity.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal English skills to effectively document technical insights for the sales outreach team.
