Customer Sales Executive – Retail

Location: Kakkanad, Ernakulam

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Minimum 6 months to 1 year of retail sales experience.

Experience working in an Exclusive Brand Outlet (EBO) preferred.

Candidates from fashion, apparel, lifestyle, or retail brands preferred.

Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Ability to understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.

Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to achieve sales targets.

Knowledge of product display, stock handling, and store maintenance.

Positive attitude, teamwork, and willingness to learn.

Male and female candidates can apply.

Immediate joiners preferred.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES





- Assist customers and provide excellent shopping experiences.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain product displays and visual merchandising standards.
- Assist with stock management and inventory checks.
- Maintain store cleanliness and presentation.
- Support daily store operations and team activities.
