: Field Operations Location: Bangalore Department: Business Development / Operations About the Role We are looking for a proactive and field-oriented individual to join our team as a Field Operations Executive . The role involves travelling extensively across Bangalore to identify potential retail property locations, conduct on-ground research, and support the company's store expansion plans.

Key Responsibilities Travel extensively across Bangalore to identify potential properties for new retail store locations. Conduct on-ground visits to assess properties based on location, visibility, accessibility, and suitability for retail operations. Identify and connect with property owners, landlords, brokers, and real estate agents.

Conduct market research to identify high-potential areas for retail expansion. Take photographs and maintain records of shortlisted properties. Coordinate with internal teams to share property updates and arrange site visits.

Maintain a database of potential properties and provide regular updates on field activities.



Support the property acquisition process by following up with property owners and brokers.

Requirements Must own a two-wheeler (bike/scooter) and have a valid driving licence. Willingness to travel full-time across Bangalore for fieldwork. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to independently explore locations and build relationships with property owners and brokers.

Prior experience in field operations, real estate, business development, or property acquisition is an advantage. Freshers with a strong willingness to travel and learn may also apply. What We’re Looking For Someone who is energetic, self-motivated, comfortable working on the ground, and capable of identifying promising retail locations across Bangalore.

Significant: This is a field-based role requiring extensive daily travel across Bangalore. Owning a two-wheeler is mandatory.
