Role Description This full time, on-site F&B; Waiters/Stewards role is based at Brix &

- Barrells in Bengaluru. Team members will welcome guests, present menus, take orders accurately, and serve food and beverages in a professional and courteous manner. The role includes setting up and clearing tables, maintaining cleanliness in the dining and bar areas, and ensuring that all service standards and hygiene guidelines are followed.



Waiters/Stewards will coordinate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely service, handle guest queries and feedback, and support special events or live performances as needed. The position also involves processing bills, handling basic payment procedures, and contributing to a positive, engaging guest experience.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Customer Service skills, with a focus on hospitality and guest satisfaction.
- Candidates should possess solid Food &
- Beverage and Food Service skills, including menu understanding and basic service etiquette.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for interacting with guests and coordinating with team members.
- Candidates should possess basic Cooking or food-handling awareness to liaise efficiently with the kitchen, though advanced cooking skills are an added advantage.
- Relevant qualifications such as prior experience in restaurants, bars, or hotels; familiarity with POS systems; knowledge of hygiene and safety standards; and the ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and evenings.
