Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage payroll processing, including salary disbursement, TDS, PF, ESIC, LWF, Gratuity, and other statutory compliances.

- Ensure timely submission of tax returns (IT Returns) and maintain accurate records.

- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve any payroll-related issues or queries.

- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee data with care.

- Perform regular audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 1-6 years of experience in HR Payroll role.

- Robust knowledge of Compliance (PF, ESIC), Income Tax (IT Returns), LWF & Gratuity rules.

- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel).

- Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with internal stakeholders.
