Join us at Ecoville – The Farm , where nature meets exceptional hospitality. Key ResponsibilitiesOversee daily farm operations, property maintenance, and landscaping.

Lead ground staff and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety. Manage inventory, supplies, and operational expenses. Ensure the pottery studio and experience areas are event-ready.

Coordinate venue bookings, event setups, catering, and service teams. Ensure excellent guest experiences and timely resolution of complaints. Monitor pest control, maintenance schedules, and operational reports.

Candidate

ProfileExperience in farm operations, hospitality, resort management, or facility management will be preferred. Strong team management and coordination skills. Practical, proactive, and hands-on approach to problem-solving. Comfortable managing outdoor operations and working at a farm property.
