We are looking for an experienced MEAN & MERN Stack Trainer to deliver practical, industry-oriented classroom training to students, freshers, and working professionals. The ideal candidate must have strong full-stack development knowledge, excellent communication skills, and mandatory prior experience in conducting offline classroom training sessions.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct classroom training sessions on MEAN and MERN stack technologies.

- Explain frontend and backend development concepts through practical examples and real-time projects.

- Deliver hands-on training in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern web development frameworks.

- Train learners on Angular, React.js, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB.

- Teach REST API development, database integration, authentication, and application deployment.

- Prepare training materials, presentations, coding exercises, assignments, and assessments.

- Guide trainees in developing full-stack web applications and portfolio projects.

- Evaluate learner performance and provide feedback to improve technical skills.

- Help students troubleshoot coding issues and understand industry-standard development practices.

- Maintain attendance, training progress, and assessment reports.

Required Skills and Qualifications





- Strong knowledge of MEAN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, Angular, Node.js) and MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).

- Proficiency in JavaScript and modern web development concepts.

- Hands-on experience with HTML5, CSS3, REST APIs, and database integration.

- Valuable understanding of Git, debugging, and application deployment.

- Mandatory: Prior experience in offline classroom training or instructor-led technical training.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.

- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to beginners and advanced learners.

- Experience in preparing course content and conducting practical assessments.

Mandatory Requirements

- Previous experience as a MEAN/MERN Stack Trainer, Full Stack Development Trainer, Technical Trainer, or Faculty Member.

- Proven experience conducting face-to-face classroom training sessions.

- Strong practical knowledge of frontend and backend development.

- Ability to conduct live coding sessions and guide learners through real-time projects.

- Candidates must be comfortable handling classroom batches independently.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
