- Lead and supervise a team of employees, providing direction, coaching, and support to ensure high levels of performance and productivity

- Assign tasks and projects to team members based on their skills, knowledge, and capacity, and monitor progress to ensure timely completion

- Foster a positive work culture that values teamwork, communication, and continuous improvement

- Operational Oversight:Oversee day-to-day operations within your area of responsibility, ensuring that tasks and projects are executed efficiently and effectively

- Develop and implement operational procedures, workflows, and quality standards to optimize performance and achieve organizational goals

- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of operations and identify areas for improvement

- Resource Management:Manage resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to support the needs of the team and ensure the successful execution of projects

- Allocate resources effectively to maximize productivity and minimize waste,



while maintaining budgetary constraints and operational requirements

- Coordinate with other departments or stakeholders to obtain necessary resources and support for projects and initiatives

- Performance Evaluation and Feedback:Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members to recognize achievements, address areas for improvement, and support career development

- Set performance goals and expectations for team members, and monitor progress towards achieving them

- Address performance issues or conflicts in a timely and appropriate manner, in accordance with organizational policies and procedures

- Communication and Collaboration:Facilitate communication and collaboration within the team and with other departments or stakeholders to ensure alignment of goals, priorities, and expectations

- Serve as a liaison between team members and upper management, conveying relevant information, updates, and feedback as needed
