Role & responsibilities

- Manage overall day-to-day factory operations.

- Plan, monitor, and achieve daily and monthly production targets.

- Handle manpower planning, worker allocation, attendance, and discipline.

- Supervise production, quality control, packing, and dispatch activities.

- Ensure proper maintenance of machinery and minimize production downtime.

- Monitor raw materials, inventory, and finished goods.

- Control manufacturing costs, wastage, and material consumption.

- Implement safety standards, housekeeping, and factory discipline.

- Coordinate with Purchase, Stores, Quality, Sales, and Dispatch teams.

- Maintain production reports, stock records, and other factory documentation.

- Identify operational issues and implement corrective actions.





- Ensure timely order completion and smooth functioning of the entire factory.

Preferred candidate profile

- Experience: 510 years in manufacturing, preferably in soap, oil soap, detergent, or FMCG industries.

- Education: Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial Engineering, or a relevant field.

- Solid knowledge of production planning, manpower handling, inventory, and quality control.

- Experience managing a complete factory independently.

- Good leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

- Willingness to work at the Dholpur factory location.
